Purchases, Payments & Access
Access is granted for purchased courses or subscriptions (if offered) once payment is confirmed. Taxes may apply based on your billing location. Prices, promotional offers, and availability may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed purchases already completed.
Course Access Duration
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout or in the course description, course access is provided for a reasonable period based on the nature of the content and platform availability. We reserve the right to update, replace, or retire content to improve quality or comply with legal requirements.

License & Content Usage
All course videos, project files, templates, text, and related materials are licensed, not sold. Materials are for personal use or for the scope of a team license (if purchased). Redistribution, reselling, sublicensing, public posting, or sharing access to the Services is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback, assignments, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and market the Services (for example, to display testimonials with your permission where required).

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to access accounts you do not own, scraping or copying content via automated means, reverse engineering platform features, circumventing access controls, distributing malware, harassing other users, or using the Services in a way that violates applicable law.

Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of lessons were consumed, unless a different policy is presented at checkout for a specific product. Refund eligibility may also be affected by bonus materials, bundled offers, or certificates issued, where applicable.
